ARMSTRONG -- On Tuesday, Aug. 2, 1983, Reuben T., of Orange, beloved husband of Mrs. Annie Armstrong, devoted step-father of Mrs. Dorothy Sanders, Mrs. Romeila Jones and Lt. Charles Cobbertt, dear brother of Mrs. Cecelia Roach, also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-granchild, nieces, newphews, other relatives and friends. Services will be held Saturday morning, Aug. 6, at 10 O'clock at The Woody "Home for Services," 163 Oakwood Ave., Orange. Visitation 3-5 and 7-9.
